Collections
Gather a year, a person, a place, or a recurring theme into a collection. The same piece can belong in more than one collection while remaining a single item in your library.
Correspondence
Draft letters, preserve received correspondence, and keep records of the people behind it. Follow drafts, received letters, and letters marked as sent or waiting for a reply.
Writing & saved versions
A full editor with formatting, document structure, notes, and a writing history. Save a version deliberately, then revisit or restore earlier work.
Photos & audio
Keep photographs and existing audio recordings in the library, with captions or notes alongside them.
Import & export
Bring existing writing into the library through Import Studio. Export writing as Word documents, PDFs, and text formats.
Archive & backups
Move work out of the active library and restore it later. Keep local backups and a portable copy of your archive.
